Suntech Forge is supplying all kinds of forgings with its Forgings Hammer, Heat Treatment shop, Machining shop, and has a special agreement with rolling mill & small die forging component makers.

To achieve quality standards, there is always stage wise inspection as well samples are taken and tested during the manufacturing process. Each and every product is tested as per specification or as per customer requirements. Suntech Forge promise complete forging solution and hence have expertise in manufacturing different forging components like Flanges, Rings, Nozzles, Custom Forging, Round Bars, Gear Blanks, Forged valves & Fittings and other non-standard components as per client requirements. These products are mainly manufactured in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and super duplex steel.

We are producing the Forging since 2007 for major OEMs. We have achieved the position of single source supplier for many divisions by providing high quality, competitive price, on-time delivery and prompt response. We are a team of experienced professionals of this field which results in complete customer satisfaction. Suntech Forge has complete in-house forging manufacturing facility equipped within in open die & closed die forging, heat treatment, test lab etc. Also, have the CNC machining centers as well as conventional machines to supply finished forgings as per customer’s requirements.
